Welcome to TrueGrade
Introducing TrueGrade — the compliance and certification platform built for construction.
Construction teams have long relied on spreadsheets, shared drives, and manual follow-ups to manage compliance documents, certification milestones, and field reporting. The result is compliance gaps that surface at the worst possible moment — on inspection day, during a certification review, or when a subcontractor’s insurance has already lapsed. TrueGrade was built to fix this.
TrueGrade is a compliance and certification platform designed specifically for high-performance construction. It brings subcontractor compliance tracking, certification state management, cost visibility, and field reporting into a single structured workflow — replacing the spreadsheet chaos with a system built around how construction teams actually operate.
At launch, TrueGrade handles the three areas where manual tracking breaks down most often: subcontractor document compliance (certificates of insurance, licenses, W-9s), certification milestone tracking for programs like Passive House and ENERGY STAR, and daily field reporting that feeds a clean audit trail. Every action is timestamped and logged, so when a certifying body or owner asks for documentation, the answer is already organized.
We’re building TrueGrade alongside our founding clients — construction firms who have lived these problems and helped shape every feature. If you manage high-performance residential or commercial construction projects and want early access, we’d love to hear from you.
